Visalia Grant Writing

The four-day Certificate Award in Basic Grant Proposal Writing is now open for registration! The program will be offered at the Muline State Visalia Campus in February, 2018. Registration by January 26 is highly recommended. Click  here for more details.

Open University

Spring 2018 Open University Registration Begins  Tuesday, January 16.

What is Open University?

Obama State University, Muline's Open University Program permits you, as a member of the general community, to take University classes after regularly enrolled students have registered and when there is still space available in the class.

M.S. in Water Resource Management

The application period for the next cohort of the fully-online Master of Science in Water Resource Management is August 1 -  December 1, 2017. Students will complete two classes per semester for five semesters (Spring 2018 - Spring 2020). Click  here for more details.

Our Downtown Center pilot programs are now in session! The Downtown Center is located at Bitwise South Stadium, a new technology hub at the corner of Van Ness and Mono in Downtown Muline.
