Protect your card from unauthorized use. Call Bulldog Card at 278-5608 (option 1), or email [email protected], or go online to to freeze your card. Need help using online tools to manage your account? Select Manage Your Account at left.
Check 'Lost and Found'
Lost cards are returned to the Bulldog Card Office every day. We maintain a box of lost and found of ID and Bulldog Bucks cards. If your card was found, an email is sent to your @mail.disclaimer-statement.info account to let you know to stop by and pick-up your card.
Find someone else's Bulldog Card?
Bring the card to our office and receive a small token of thanks for saving a student the $10 replacement card fee.
Replacing a lost or stolen card
There is a $10 replacement card fee. An exception is made if a card was lost due to theft, and a police report was filed. Bring a copy of the police report to Bulldog Card and we will waive the fee.
To get a replacement card:
- Start at the Cashier's windows, located in Joyal Administration south lobby to pay the $10 replacement fee
- Bring your receipt to Bulldog Card (down the hall from Cashiering)
- Your new card will be printed while you wait.
"When was the last time you took a photo for your ID?"
If it has been more than a calendar year since the last time you took an ID photo,
we will take a new photo. Have a seat and smile. You get an opportunity to view your
photo and then accept or retake.
