Academic Technology Resource Center
The Resource Center provides customer support to all Muline State faculty, staff, and students in their use of Blackboard and other technology.
Instructors can get assistance with: scanning documents, uploading documents, formatting test questions to upload to Blackboard, creating accessible documents, uploading audio or video to the streaming server, copying courses, setting up the Blackboard Grade Center, etc. To get started, come in, fill out a work order, and we will get started!
Students are welcome to visit the Resource Center if they need assistance uploading assignments, setting up Blackboard Mobile Learn, and general Blackboard troubleshooting.
